Blood Orange Vinaigrette
- 1 blood orange zested
- 1/4 cup blood orange juice from blood orange
- 1/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Add all your ingredients to a jar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Then, shake jar vigorously. Lightly dress your favorite salad. Enjoy!
