Blood Orange Vinaigrette

Blood Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 blood orange zested
  • 1/4 cup blood orange juice from blood orange
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Add all your ingredients to a jar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Then, shake jar vigorously. Lightly dress your favorite salad. Enjoy!
English Pea Salad tossed with Blood Orange Vinaigrette

To make a English Pea Salad, lightly dress baby greens and micros with your Blood Orange Vinaigrette. Then, add my quick pickled onions, sliced avocado, roasted beets and fresh English peas for a quick, healthy salad. There is no need to cook the peas. They are sweet and crunchy served raw.
