Sriracha Salt
Sriracha salt is perfect on popcorn, for the rim of bloody mary’s, or even to season fresh seafood.

kosher salt

Sriracha

red chili flakes
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200F.
Mix the kosher salt with the Sriracha until well blended. The mixture should resemble wet snow.
Spread the salt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for an hour, stirring frequently until the salt mixture has dried completely out.
Once the salt is removed from the oven, use your hands or a mortar and pestle to separate the clumps.
Add the red chili flakes to the mixture and stir until combined.
Store in small jars or an airtight container in a cool dry place.
Notes
This recipe makes a smaller batch, but if you find you really like it or use it often, it is easy to adapt this recipe for bigger batches
